Delivery

Parts and consumable orders placed by 10am are picked the same day, providing they are in stock, and delivery is made within  72 hours.

Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be aimed to be delivered by the following Wednesday (excluding bank holidays).

Machine orders placed by 10am are picked the same day, providing they are in stock, and delivery will be made within 5-7 working days. If the machines are out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

All parts and consumable orders placed online on Saturdays and Sundays, will be picked on Monday, for delivery on Thursday.

Delivery can take place anytime between 8am and 5.30pm. A specific delivery time cannot be supplied.

Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £100.00 (ex vat).

For delivery on UK mainland orders below £100.00 (ex vat) £12.50 is charged.

Clemas & Co Ltd only supply to UK Mainland.

Refunds & Returns

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us for a refund or an exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition and accompanied with the original sales documentation. We do not operate a try before you buy policy, If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, you will receive a refund excluding postage and packaging cost and  a 20% restocking fee, provided you return the product complete, unused and packaging undamaged and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way. All goods must be returned via recorded delivery. Any product returned damaged will be returned at your cost and a refund will not be granted.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please advise us in writing by emailing us for a returns form and then returning it to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please be advised that there will be a handling charge of 20% of the invoiced value. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
