As you can imagine, a serviced cleaning machine will continue to perform optimally, making your life easier. If we’re getting specific, regular service visits will lubricate all moving parts, make necessary adjustments, identify, and recommend replacement of wearing parts and offer free advice. If a part were to completely break, it’s likely other elements become stressed, putting your machine under pressure and at risk of breakdown. This can become costly if ignored. Though we’ll always accept call-outs, precautions such as a service contract are necessary to keep your cleaning equipment healthy, minimising maintenance cost and extending the life of your machine.
On completion of a service, if required, we will take the opportunity to discuss recommendations for further work that may be needed on your machine. You’ll always get a comprehensive service report at the end, so you know exactly what work has been done.
If you need a call-out, we’re fully prepared. Our 9 fully trained engineers are on the road, kitted out and ready to service your industrial cleaning machine. If extra TLC is needed, your machine may need to come back to one of our workshops for repairs. Your engineer would take it back in his van. Don’t worry, it’ll be in safe hands. Our team are so skilled, they can even refurbish totally run down machines. But hopefully this isn’t the case.

When you have a service contract with us, there’s no need to worry about possible rising prices as we fix the cost for the duration of your service contract. Gain confidence and peace of mind in knowing your machine is regularly checked, meaning breakdowns are kept to a minimum. Our attention doesn’t stop between scheduled site visits, we provide you with valuable aftercare and maintenance advice, ringing every so often to check all is okay, and for natural reminders for a service to be carried out, so it doesn’t become overdue. We like to make sure that you’re still happy with your cleaning machines performance. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask our team of experts any questions you may have regarding your machine.
Chemical, parts, and consumables are all easily forgotten. Our courtesy calls and service visits are another great opportunity to re-order or stock up on the essentials so that you don’t run out. We stock a wide range of machine parts, pads, brushes, and a variety of cleaning chemical solutions. So, if you do forget to re-order, run out of something and the item is in stock, don’t worry! We always send our stock out on next working day delivery, as long as the order is in by midday, 12pm.
