Sweeping Machines : The Broom Doesn’t Cut It

sweeping machines meme

That moment when you’re walking about minding your own, and a leaf decides to strategically swat you square in the face. Autumn is approaching, the time for leaves, dust, and debris to get riled up and ready to riot.

Although they may enforce temporary chaos, don’t be offended if they laugh at your broom. They’ve got a solid point. Why would they laugh (you might be wondering)? Well, that’s a secret that we’ve uncovered, and in this article, we’ll let you in on it too.

It won’t be long before the apocalypse of crispy dead leaves charge through our doors (impolite & uninvited). Thankfully we can retaliate easily enough, but we need to bear in mind that leaves harbour dust. Sweeping the leaves with a broom will just move the leaves into a pile without containing them. This not only disturbs the settled dust but sends it back up into the air we breathe, an extra weapon against us! They’d laugh if we turned up to dirt war with nothing but a hopeless broom.

Incoming leaves is just one way that dust enters your indoor environment; warehouses are a hub for dust, with it being produced in-house and coming in on goods delivered, it’s everywhere. The last thing you want to be doing is breathing that in, believe me. Although generic dust doesn’t pose any major health threats, it can still induce sneezing, coughing, eye irritation & respiratory problems. However, there is a much more harmful type of dust to watch out for. If you’ve heard of silica dust, hopefully you haven’t had to encounter it. When inhaled over time, it reduces our ability to take oxygen in. It can be fatal, so it’s worth investigating if you’re potentially being exposed to it.

Now I don’t know about you, but the team here at Clemas certainly doesn’t want this awful substance (or anything related) lingering about in the air you breathe. If you’re wanting to avoid this too, then we’ve got some news to break. The broom doesn’t cut it.

*The leaves, dust, and debris riot on*

Don’t be alarmed, thankfully we’ve got experienced super- soldier sweeping machines which are far more beneficial for both cleaning productivity and health when it comes to removing any dirt. They’re built to efficiently sweep debris whilst at the same time controlling finer dusts with vacuum filtration. All sweeping machines have rubber guards to help safely contain this whole process from start to finish, escapee dust is kept minimal. Sweepers beat the broom again.

Unfortunately for the leaves, debris, and dust, they don’t stand a chance (HA). Turn your machine on and they’re gathered, swept, vacuumed, filtered, GONE. I can already hear their crying apologies, especially that leaf (the swat to the face was uncalled for). He’ll be sorry when the sweeping soldiers arrive.

If you’ve got this far down, there’s no turning back now. We’ll take this opportunity to make you aware of Clemas’ new umbrella term, 4D cleaning. We not only supply quality cleaning equipment for your floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture, we now clean your air. Thankfully we’ve been educated on the risks of air pollution. Clemas are set out to spread awareness on air pollution to improve indoor air quality. If you aren’t clued up on the effects of air pollution, head over to our LinkedIn under the article tab.
