Because we’re realistic, and as customers ourselves, we only want to be looked after, and so do you. This understanding has always been the core to our values as a business.

Over the 30+ years of Clemas’ growth, we’ve kept our customer experience values forefront, which has enabled us to retain a loyal customer base, and many long-standing relationships. At Clemas it doesn’t matter whether you buy or hire a machine, request a service call out or place a parts order, we will always give you our best care and attention.

It’s all well claiming this, but what can you expect from an experience with us?

For starters, our office team are super-hot on the phones! When you ring, we endeavour to answer your call within just a few rings and ensure you are swiftly directed to the best person to help you.

We love speaking with people via our live chat feature on our website, with several experienced team members ready to help during opening hours. If you decide to make contact via email, we do our upmost to respond the same working day (Monday-Friday).

When you place a machine inquiry with us, we’ll book a visit to survey your site so we can provide you with the most specific machine recommendations. Once we have offered you equipment solutions, then with your agreement we will arrange to demonstrate the machines. You’ll get to see the quoted machines operate in real-time, in your application, before committing to purchase. If you decide to proceed, we’ll return with your desired machine and train your operators before answering any questions you might have.

Besides great first interactions and processes, we see post-sales aftercare just as important. We want to maintain that relationship with you. Keeping in touch is natural for Clemas, and we will initiate the first contact within 4 weeks to check everything is going well with your machine.
